Sycamore Canyon (Whittier Hills at Workman Mill Road)

For 2007-2008, we are now leading easy, beginner birdwalks once a month on Saturday mornings in our own backyard at Sycamore Canyon. These will be leisurely walks through our Whittier Hills along the trail starting at the Workman Mill Road trail head. We will start bright and early at 7:00 a.m. from the parking lot at the Sycamore Canyon trailhead on Workman Mill Road just above Beverly Blvd. Rain cancels. Be prepared for a 2-4 hour easy walk looking for all of our local specialties. The dates are:
